DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, there are no refunds or exchanges.
CAN I TEST OUT THE MUSIC GAME CLUB MEMBERSHIP?
You can get our current music game freebie here to see what all is included in a Music Game Club download.
I SIGNED UP, WHERE IS MY MUSIC GAME?
- As soon as you sign up, we email you your first game
- Please note, it may take the email service provider a few minutes to process
- If you still don’t see your email, be sure to check your “spam” folder or other inboxes
- If it isn’t in your “spam” folder, send us an email at support@musicgameclub.com and we’ll continue troubleshooting with you
- If you have never confirmed your email with Music Game Club (e.g. you got an email to us prior to signing up), search “Music Game Club” in your inbox, find our very first email, and click the button to confirm that we can send you emails.
- Once you’ve signed up, music games are emailed on the first of each month by 8:00 a.m. CST
WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR MUSIC GAME CLUB MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS?
Music Game Club monthly subscriptions renew on the first of every month. We send your new monthly music games on the 1st of every month by 8:00 CST.
WHEN DO I GET A NEW MUSIC GAME CLUB MONTHLY GAME?
- We send your new monthly music game on the first of every month by 8:00 a.m. CST.
WHAT WILL I GET EACH MONTH AS A MEMBER?
Here are a few things you can expect as a Music Game Club member:
- You’ll get your new monthly game email on the 1st of every month
- A .zip file with your monthly resources:
- 1 beautiful game with original artwork by our team
- 1 themed success poster
- 1 activity sheet for bonus review for your student
- 1 video tutorial (so you don’t have to read all the directions unless you want to)
- Formatted in 3 sizes: US Letter, A4, A3
HOW DO I BECOME A MUSIC GAME CLUB MEMBER?
It’s as easy as 1-2-3!
- Visit musicgameclub.com/membership
- Click “add to cart” and check out
- Checkout then check your email!
We’ll send your first music game almost immediately (as short as it takes the system to finalize your order) so you can be set playing music games!

CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Yes, you may cancel your membership at any time. Please note that due to the digital nature of our music games, we are unable to offer refunds or returns.
To cancel your membership, go to musicgameclub.com/my-account and sign in.
Click the “My Subscriptions” bullet point and you will be taken to a page where you can cancel subscription or change payment.
TECHNICAL FAQ
WHAT IF MY GAME DOESN’T PRINT CORRECTLY?
- Be sure the game is downloaded to your computer (rather than printing from browser)
- Once downloaded, open your game in a PDF reader (like Adobe).
- Our games are high-resolution games, so check that it fits your page preview in print.
- If the pages are oversized when you print, adjust your printer settings to “print entire page” or “scale to fit” (or similar) and try printing again
- If you still have issues printing, look at your printer manual to troubleshoot your specific printer’s process

why is my download blurry?
- Our music games come in full-color, high quality PDFs. It may take your computer a few minutes to fully read the file. If your music game is blurry upon first opening, please wait for a few minutes to be sure it fully loaded before contacting us.

Definitely! If you’d like a media kit with images & text to copy and use, email us at support@musicgameclub.com for more information. You are welcome to share information about Music Game Club, but please do not share purchased games with anyone. If a friend or student wants their own game, refer them to www.musicgameclub.com so they can make their own purchases.
