Activity Sheets

My students especially love the coloring page/poster that goes with the game. – Valerie E.

Video Tutorials

“I love the video tutorials and have created a spread sheet with each game, tutorial, and the alternate game plays so I can find them and refresh my memory when I’m fuzzy on the details of the game play. Keep the videos coming please!! Music Game Club has been one of my favorite parts of teaching this year!”

private piano lessons

“I am very excited to have joined the Music Game Club! I have been teaching private piano lessons for almost 50 years. I have used games in the past, but found it hard to find quality games. Thanks for being a great resource.”

– Sandy

Broad Subjects

The games are beautiful, I love there are multiple levels and methods of playing the games (group or single student, beginners or intermediate or both!) … I have quite a collection of piano games from other websites, but I really like that the subject matter of the MGC games is broad and are about more than just notes on the staff, like chord qualities and interval ear training. My students and I both love the animal themes, too!

I am already LOVING the games! I used the snowman rhythms in two different group classes today and they were a hit! Students asked if we would be able to play the game again at a future class! Thanks for making me look good! – Sarah C.

“We played Scarecrow Scores this week. I loved the flexibility of levels and rules. The kids had so much fun!” – Dorla A.

Dynamic Den

“I played [Dynamic Den] with my 5 years old student and she loved it! Not only did she learn those Italian terms, she also learned about Hyenas and the power of Lion King. The music game got her real excited and she requested to play more in her next lessons. When her mom came to pick her up from class, her first remark was how much she enjoyed the Dynamic Den game!” – Ng Mei Leng

I love having something new each month to use with students to stimulate them and also to have fun while learning! My students absolutely love it! They’re excited for new games to play and it’s added a wonderful dynamic to the studio this year! New games add life and variety to my teaching, which makes my job more fun! I get so excited the first of each month for the new game! My students love trying out new games and revisiting favorites from previous months too! I use the games mostly with my group classes (2-9 grade), though have found that my younger private lesson students enjoy them too!

I don’t know anything in the world as good as Music Game Club ... there are so many people making and selling music games, but none of them even come a little bit close to the educational quality (and overall quality) of Music Game Club!

I want to say how thankful I am that you are now offering boom cards as part of our subscription. My students love the games and now I have more options to share with them! Thank you again for your amazing products!!!

a Piano Mom

I am not a teacher but a mom who plays piano and tries to help support and supplement my child’s music theory learning journey. I find the games a wonderful way to bond and learn together. It makes piano practice more dynamic and engaging. Watching the videos helps me to quickly plan and put together a lesson.

Music Game Club provides a nice break in lessons and/or a shift in focus for students showing anxiety or frustration in lessons as well as teaching or reinforcing theory concepts. My students like them! I use Music Game Club with mostly younger students so far, as well as a special needs teen. The video tutorials help me learn how to play the games faster than just reading the instructions. -
