Yes, currently we post all replays for our workshops here on YouTube!

In many cases, we can update your email address on the back end and send you a duplicate invoice and order form for your records. Please contact us at support@musicgameclub.com with your information so we can update it.

We can only resend a confirmation to the system you ordered it on (e.g. text resends to text, email resends to email). However, you can check your account and should see the download buttons for all your orders under your order history.

MUSIC GAME CLUB MEMBERSHIP FAQ

Due to the nature of digital downloads, there are no refunds or exchanges.

You can get our current music game freebie here to see what all is included in a Music Game Club download.

  • As soon as you sign up, we credit your account with points (Basic = 1 point, Pro = 2 points)
  • You may then spend the points on any game of your choice in our shop
  • At any time, you can see all of your game downloads under your account

Our membership is only open twice a year (August and December). You can learn more about our membership here.

Yes, you may cancel your membership at any time. Please note that due to the digital nature of our music games, we are unable to offer refunds or returns.

To cancel your membership, go to musicgameclub.com/my-account and sign in.

Click the “My Subscriptions” bullet point and you will be taken to a page where you can cancel subscription or change payment. 

Please note that if you decide you want to renew your membership, you will need to wait until our doors are open again (August and December).

TECHNICAL FAQ

  • Be sure the game is downloaded to your computer (rather than printing from browser)
  • Once downloaded, open your game in a PDF reader (like Adobe).
  • Our games are high-resolution games, so check that it fits your page preview in print.
  • If the pages are oversized when you print, adjust your printer settings to “print entire page” or “scale to fit” (or similar) and try printing again
  • If you still have issues printing, look at your printer manual to troubleshoot your specific printer’s process

  • Use double-sided printing

  • Our music games come in full-color, high quality PDFs. It may take your computer a few minutes to fully read the file. If your music game is blurry upon first opening, please wait for a few minutes to be sure it fully loaded before contacting us.
